VB-1000 Bearing Test Meter is a kind of mechanical breakdown diagnosis tester used to inspect operation situation of rolling bearings in rotation machines. Equipment management and repair personnel may use VB-1000 to detect obvious features of machine’s mechanical status within one observation period, so as to detect mechanical breakdowns and provide data for effective preventative examinations and repairs.
VB-1000’s main function is to use shock pulse to measure installed ball bearing (or roller) of working status and assess their damage degrees, so as to meet following purposes:

·Using good (green), warning (yellow), bad (red) to directly display machine bearing situation;
·Peak value reading and earphone mode for further evaluation of bearing situation.
