Shipment will be made from Bangkok, THAILAND through the service of Thailand Post Office which is considerably reliable and not as expensive as courier services.,Also,we can quote you the comparative prices with DHL,FED EX etc. or other services of your preference.

Delivery Policies

Spiceandspa uses Thailand Postal Service for all shipping and can ship to any country in the world .  We will provide you with a tracking number for both domestic and international shipping .  To determine the status of your package, please visit the website of Thailand Postal Service tracking service from our Track and Trace column on the left of website.
All shipments are carefully packed to help ensure that the items are pampered upon delivery, however,in those cases where there are unexpected damages, we will be happy to send you a replacement.

Packages will be processed and mailed within two business days (Monday to Friday) of payment received.
Normally, it takes seven to ten business days for delivery in Asia and ten to thirty days for international destinations

All items will be shipped from Thailand via Registered Airmail with Tracking No. unless customers requested special delivery via Express Mail Service (EMS) or courier services under extra charges.

Shipping prices
   
Shipping prices are calculated  based on the weight, size and destination.    
Before calculating prices, we add the weight of necessary packaging (boxes, cushioning, etc.) to the total weight of the order.    
Free and promotional items (if any) do not affect the shipping price.  Please note that we do not recalculate the order’s total value after shipment: after payment the order’s price is fixed and all additional expenses, if any, will not require any extra payment from you.

The efficiency of the local customs and post offices resulted in difference of shipping period.We are unable to take any responsibility for any customs delay or tax.Due to the transit time is highly depended and provided by Post office.
What we can do is ship your item fast after payment,we really can not control it after we have shipped.  Please just contact us if you  do not get it within 35 days, we will resolve this issue for you.

Returns and Refunds   

Spiceandspa is a satisfaction guaranteed business. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please notify us within 2 weeks.We will send out a replacement at no cost to you or we will refund your purchase once the items have been returned.
**Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.   

International Duties   

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
We are sorry that we cannot process these charges, but it would be prohibitively complicated to stay abreast of duty and tax law throughout the globe.
Usually, orders up to US$200 are not taxable; however, please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying
