บริษัท อาซาฮี โซเซ็ตซึ จำกัด(Asahi Sosetsu Co.,Ltd) ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ซึ่งถือได้ว่าเป็น บริษัทชั้นนำแห่ง ประเทศญี่ปุ่นในด้านผู้ผลิตสินค้าสำหรับเครื่องทอด เครื่องอบ เครื่องนึ่ง และเครื่องคลุกเกล็ดขนมปังต่างๆภายใต้      แบรนด์เนม  “Hi-Cook” มาเป็นระยะเวลากว่าครึ่งศตวรรษ และ เป็นบริษัทแม่ของ บริษัท ไฮ-คุ๊ก (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด Hi-Cook (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. ซึ่งได้ทำการเปิดตัวไปแล้วในงาน Propak 2008 ที่ผ่านมา  และพร้อมกันนี้ ทางบริษัท อาซาฮี โซเซ็ตซึจำกัด มีโรงงานทั้งสิ้น 3 ประเทศด้วยกันอันได้แก่ญี่ปุ่น เกาหลี และจีน ยังได้ยื่นทำการขอจดลิขสิทธิ์ ทะเบียนเครื่องหมายการค้า กับสำนักงานเครื่องหมายการค้า กรมทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว และได้รับหนังสือสำคัญแสดงการจดทะเบียนเครื่องหมายการค้า เมื่อวันที่ 15 กรกฎาคม 2551

2000.05.20: Established Kunshan Asahi Metatek Food Machinery Co.,Ltd., in China

2005.12.05: The Brand-new Compact Fryer DEBUT -11 awarded with Grand-prix in the 32^nd Design Contest by Ishikawa Prefecture

2007.03.28: Established Hi-Cook (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.
