There are some products which does not allow such a high temperature around 200 deg.C which is a normal operation temperature in a hot air oven. But yet these products still require the temperature over 100 deg.C. This is what we call "low temperature oven process" that is between 100 deg.C and 130 deg.C.Hybrid steamer can perform two roles, steaming and ovening.
